Options & Accessories

There are so many options and accessories with LaserBlast. You can have your choice of themes to add real life theatrical excitement. Themes are critical to your success. A good theme helps separate you from your competition and helps stop competitors from entering your market. This also includes paint schemes of your lobby and follow through in your entire arena. With some forethought and effort – you create an environment that your patrons will want to visit again and again, and more importantly – will pass the word to their peers.

Membership

Membership allows you to develop a dedicated following of laser tag players. When a customer purchases a membership at one of our laser tag centers, they receive a small metal button(see below) that can be attached to a keychain. This button is linked to a unique member name that appears on the back of the player's phaser, on their scorecard, and on the lobby monitor after the game.

The Laser-Blast software tracks members' scores, accuracy, and number of games played, allowing you to print out or post rankings online for your members to follow. Many laser tag centers also offer special member nights during off-peak times that provide a more competitive environment than regular public play. This allows you to develop a solid third laser tag customer base apart from parties and open play.

Team Bases

These great additions inspire teamwork during the game, and add a twist to even the most commonly played basic game of laser tag. By providing bonus points for tagging the base, players are rewarded for working together to attack the enemy base, and protect their own. With our HyperBlast and ZetaBlast systems, team bases also allow for the Capture the Flag variation, including a pass the flag option.

Each base Includes:

• A relay box that activates a mini-strobe and an LED beacon when the base is hit. Note: You can replace the mini-strobe with your own 110v device.
• A set of speakers to play customizable sound effects as a player destroys the base.
• A BetaBrite Scrolling Sign that cycles through the top players' scores during the game.

Bases are available in Red, Green, and Blue.

MegaBlasters

MegaBlasters allow for more strategy to be used in the arena. Each MegaBlaster acts like a mine: One player tags the MegaBlaster, activating it, then the MegaBlaster tags all nearby players 5 seconds later.

The MegaBlaster includes a relay box, which sets off a mini-strobe when it is hit(Any other electrical device can be attached instead, i.e. a running track, a beacon, or a laser ball.)

MicroBlasters

MicroBlasters are small targets that can be placed anywhere in the arena. With HyperBlast, the MicroBlaster plays a customizable sound over your arena speakers. You could place a MicroBlaster on a lion prop in the arena and play a lion's roar when it is tagged, for example. Relay boxes are available that allow the MicroBlaster to also activate any standard electrical device. The MicroBlaster also awards a small number of points to the player that tagged it, which is great for younger children who are trying to get used to aiming the phaser. The Laser-Blast software can control how often the MicroBlasters flash on, and how many are on at a time. A "Discovery Game" option is also selectable that awards a large bonus to the first person to hit each MicroBlaster.

With ZetaBlast, the MicroBlasters also take on a dispensing role. The MicroBlasters can dispense powerups such as photons, shields, penetrators, or extra lives. For a full description of each of the over 20 available powerups, click here.
